Founded in 1948 by Torah luminaries, among them Dayan Weiss, Dayan Golditch and Rabbi Segal – the late Manchester Rosh Yeshiva zt’l, Manchester Mesivta (formerly Manchester Jewish Grammar School) has been providing an education that equips its students for life.

Our vision was to create an institution that would give students a first-class broad and balanced curriculum of both Kodesh and Chol subjects in a warm, caring environment.

Manchester Mesivta offers academic excellence, while instilling its students with good middos and an appreciation for Torah and Yiddishkeit.
